Paul J. Gibler, founder of CONNECTINGDOTS, will be sharing insights and tips to attract and retain customers online with his presentation “Shake & Bake – Attracting & Retaining Customers Online” in a series of presentations to local chapters of the American Advertising Federation (AAF) in Dubuque, IA; Fargo, ND; and Bismarck, ND on March 14th, 19th and 20th respectively.  Gibler will be putting together a multi-course “meal” designed to help attendees learn how to generate web site traffic and create a customer-centric web presence that builds on the 5 C’s – Content, Community, Commerce, Creativity and Customer Service to retain customers online.  Web factoids will season the mix with a dash of spice throughout the presentation.
